Today we are discussing the most important skill .you must need to develop it in every field even if you are in job or business. We are talking about communication skill.It is that Quality which you need to develop, if not today then tomorrow . Communication skill has to be that kind of if anyone meets you ,and talks you, becomes your .
The most important thing to develop it is that you have to feel the words of the person who are saying something means if you are saying something of your experience so I can feel myself at your position and act accordingly. We have to understand the thinking of other person what he wants even if you are great communicater, confident person,but if you don’t know what he wants then you do fail..Suppose if you are a confident sales person ,your presentation skill is also good but you are showing what you want from people not what people really wants, means your communication skill is not good. If you are just talking about your products and the other person is taking about his products than what happens is no argreement will happen, Just you will be doing argument with him means your communication skill is not good ,but if you say to him that I do agree with you and your products are better than mine but can you tell me in which base you are saying this ? Than your communication skill is good .. FEELING, UNDERSTANDING , ASKING QUESTIONS is the foundations of communication skill. Asking Questions make your Conversations Always open-ended.
Communication is not about Convincing the people it’s about sharing something .Actually the commune word itself refers the word sharing .For having a good communication skill you have to listen first then understand ,feel ,then speak. Nowadays people are only interested in speaking not in listening ,so what happens is that they end up saying nonsense things.
To speak you need to listen first and you can’t listen until and unless you are silent.If you listen more Observely then then the chance becomes higher of understanding the talk and when you understand the talk first then you speak ,then your talk will be effective.
Here also Listen word refers the meaning silent. Check just do opposite the starting three words and the remaining shuffle it .Lis=sil and ten =ent .means it clearly indicates SILENT WORD …
UNDERSTANDING ,HONESTY,TRUST, INTENSION are the essences of good communication .A person who understands the feeling , emotions,of other person is the person who has good communication skill .A person not having an argument is the person who has advance communication skills.
