How to stop negative thinking and thoughts.
It happens that whenever we do a positive work or we see positive people or sometimes when we sit alone then suddenly Negative thinking and thoughts come to our mind.
What is the reason behind it why negative thoughts come to our mind because we human beings when came to this planet our mind was blank like a slat and whatever is written in our slat is now became the reason of who we are today?
Negative thoughts come to our mind because of our upbringing, Environment, our company of friends in which we are living.
why we think negative first when we see positivity because the people who are spreading negativity has brainwashed our mind.
This is the people who are influencing negativity among others and because of their influence sometimes we also think negative in positivity.
when I see someone’s image on any social platform then first negative thoughts come to mind then after I call my brain to think positive thoughts .does it happen to you guys? Anyway today I am going to share you some ways which can definitely help you to stop negative thoughts.
This is six ways by which we can stop negative thoughts. It’s all based on my experience.
1. Think about your dream or what do you want to become in your life.
Yes, right it works whenever negative thoughts come to my mind then immediately I start thinking about my dream. If my dream is to become an officer then why should I let negativity comes to my mind and distract my dream? Clear it’s up to you that whatever you are becoming in future will spreading negativity or positivity among others.
Don’t let negativity comes inside you instead spread positivity to diminish negativity
2. Say stop to your brain.
Trust me it works, your mind follows those instructions which you instruct if you are thinking some negative thoughts and suddenly you became aware of it then instruct to your brain to stop it.
You control your mind not your mind controls you
3. Always Be in a good company of friends.
If you live in a good company of friends then you think always positive but if you live in the negative company of friends then you think negative .but even if you are living in a negative company of friends but you are positive from inside then negativity will never affect you.
4. Think positive in negative thoughts.
Sometimes negative thoughts have some positivity like if someone has given me work which seems to be tough for me so what I have to do is think positive in that work means “if I do this work will it help me in any aspect ” or “will it change my perspective of thinking ” or will it add some values to my life” Believe me it works.
A gentleman always thinks positive in negative thoughts.
5. Get engrossed in other work.
A lot of time when negative thoughts come to mind I Start doing other work which makes me positive like playing sports outside, listening to music, talking to my friends, going to walk.
Change your negative thoughts into positive thoughts and spread them.
6. Make yourself busy
If you make yourself busy all the time and do something Every time, no negative thoughts come to your mind Because you are not wasting your precious time.
