Rice Ghavane : –

 Today we are introducing you to a famous breakfast recipe in Maharashtrian Marathi food culture through this article. Let’s learn how to make ghavane today ….
#The ingredients for the dish are as follows:
 1 # Take 250 g old rice
 2 #take 1 large bowl of cooked cold rice
 3 #Then add salt to taste as required.
 4# Take 2 teaspoons of oil to apply on the tawa.
Recipie preparation action:
 First we wash the rice with 2 to 3 drops of water. Then we soak the washed rice in clean water for at least 4 hours.
 Then we take the rice out of the water in a large pot of our home mixer. Then we add some cooked rice in it, add a little water and grind it finely.
 Then take all the ground rice mixture in a large bowl and add salt to taste.
 Now add enough water to make the flour thinner.
 Until then, let the nonstick frying pan heat up.
 Stir the flour from the bottom once each time you apply it.
 Now I used to spread the wound on the tawa with a big gas.  Cover for 10 to 15 seconds.
 Heat the gas over low heat, remove the wound from the pan and remove to a bamboo basket.
 After that, when it cools down, you can take it in fours and put it in a tray.

 3 # Cooking time: 35 minutes
